So this is what happens when your album doesn’t move units well enough, you drop a mix-tape. Chris Brown returns with an album of new music wrapped up in the form of free mix-tape. This probably the best thing he could have down. This will at least keep his name out there for a while longer as he goes back to the lab to keep his career moving.
