So the other day I was thinking about 3 minute pop songs, what ever happened to the 2 minute pop song….
I remembered I had these guys called The Choir Quit who do that, fucking awesome noisy 2 minute pop songs. They manage to squeeze 2 or 3 verses and a couple of choruseseses into minute and a half tracks. Brilliant.
The Choir Quit come from Columbia, South Carolina. The same place as Toro Y Moi who produced their stuff about a year and a half ago. While recording it he said
started playing williams vocals through some effects…very awesome results. maybe a song will pop up somewhere…
